How can i make a hard reset on my lg cookie?

is there a way to make a hard reset on the lg cookie (kp500) whit the hardware keys?

also, i can seemt to connect it to my pc, tried alot whit reinstalling drivers etc nothing works(original usb cable) thats why i ask this question actually
