I have had my phone for a while and just signed up for unlimited SMS, MMS, and Internet. But I can not send or receive MMS on my phone. I am so upset I almost threw it in the dumpster yesterday when I could not get a pic of my new nephew. I live in the USA and have AT&T Wireless as my carrier. Please someone help me!?!?!?!?!?!

Im having the same problem any help would be appreciated..( I can get text messages but no picture mail)

AT&T Customer Service here. Please contact us by dialing 611 using your handset. Ask the representative if SMS feature is correctly provisioned in your phone.
