I have a new cookie and the thing is that from the first time I used it, the screen keeps lighting up (like as if I have pressed the unlock button) on it's own every 15 minutes. I have sent it back to service and they did an upgrade of the software (now it's KP500AT_V10e) but the problem persists. Has anyone heard of any such thing? Please Help!!!
